To complement our typical Small Group Training, we are offering an array of additional training options to meet the concerns of those who want to get in shape, or stay in shape, during the challenging times of the COVID-19 era.
Small Group Training
This is a foundation of our program, albeit at a reduced capacity to offer a safe and responsible approach to training. Up to 3 clients at a time will exercise under the supervision of our Personal Trainer. In this semi-private format, trainers are able to provide necessary guidance and feedback to each client in a touchless and safe way. Upon completion of the weight training portion of the session, clients will move to their choice of cardiovascular equipment. All social distancing measures will be observed throughout the entire training session.
You will be working one on one with our Personal Trainer, who will provide you with a highly customized workout to meet your specific needs and take into consideration any medical restrictions that you may have. Personal Training is available in Studio or Virtual formats.

For those that want to exercise but are still nervous about entering a training facility, this is the best option to get or stay in shape! You will get a great workout from the comfort of your home by joining either our group or personal livestream training session. Group sessions are offered daily and can be found on our schedule. Personal session appointments must be reserved through the Studio. Additionally, you will get full access to our library of pre-recorded sessions with any of the virtual packages.

This approach serves not only as a great motivator but also as an excellent accountability measure.
