Schedule and Attendance

We have instituted Special COVID-19 related Studio operations protocol. To enforce our elevated cleaning protocol, we have reduced the number of appointments available for training to allow sufficient time for disinfecting the studio after each appointment. We will continue to work to increase the availability of training appointments as the vaccine rollout continues and in accordance with CDC and state safety guidelines.

The schedule of our Small Group Training sessions can be found in our Studio Mindbody App under the Appointments Tab.

The schedule of our Virtual Group Livestreaming sessions can be found in our Studio Mindbody App under the Classes Tab. 

All Personal Training Appointments (either Virtual or Live) must be booked directly through the Studio by emailing us at or by calling 973-727-9325.

To ensure availability of your desired time spots, we strongly recommend reserving your appointments in advance. Our staff will be happy to pre-book them for you. There is a strict 24 hours cancellation policy. You will be able to cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance with no cancellation fee. After that time the appointment will be forfeited.


If you do not have a recurring schedule, you may book your appointment up to 2 hours before session start time if there is availability.

Use the free Mindbody App for Apple or Android devices or the Mindbody website on your computer to see our schedule and to change or book new appointments. The app is the best way to manage your schedule, check your appointments, and keep yourself on track. Click on the links below to download the app in the App Store or access Mindbody online via web browser.
