Let’s be honest, it took you a while to put the weight on, and it will take you some time to take it off.  Even if you are not looking for any significant weight loss and just want to “tone up,” you should expect that it will still take a minimum of 6 to 8 weeks to build up your strength and endurance and to start seeing some muscle definition.

Science shows that it takes on average about 60 to 90 days to re-ignite your metabolism and to start seeing some measurable changes in your appearance, as measured by inches and weight loss. For these reasons, we recommend our clients have a minimal time horizon of at least 3 months.

We offer a variety of classes including weight training, a combination of weight training and cardio, HIIT, stretch and tone, and functional training. These are offered as both personal and small group sessions, either with us at the Studio or through virtual sessions at home.

Whether in our boutique, women-only Studio, or via our virtual sessions at your home, we will provide you with highly customized workouts at extremely competitive prices. See our base rates below.

Single sessions and our Introductory Offer for new clients can be purchased online. Monthly packages and multi-packs for personal training must be purchased and set up directly through the Studio.

* We offer special monthly packages for the In-Studio Small Group Training based on a 1, 2, or 3-times a week schedule.  Typically all monthly packages will automatically renew on a monthly basis, but can be cancelled at any time 7 days prior to the next billing cycle date.  A $25 cancellation fee will apply to termination requests submitted less than 7 days til the next billing cycle.
