Fit to Be Fab Studio for Women is proud to be the official in-studio home of Give Care Back — a community wellness initiative created to support caregivers and working women who have spent years caring for others and are now ready to focus on their own health, strength, and future.
Give Care Back provides holistic health, wellness, and personal development programs designed to help women restore their health, rebuild their confidence, and move forward into their next chapter of life.
Give Care Back is a program of Good Life EduTainment, in partnership with Fit to Be Fab Studio for Women, and is led by a mother–son team with over 70 years of combined experience in health, fitness, and personal development.
The 8-week pilot program launches Mother’s Day week, May 2026, with live sessions broadcast from our studio in Scotch Plains, New Jersey.
