Schedule

When you enroll into our program, you select your desired appointment times on our master schedule.  You can easily manage your appointments as needed, using our online scheduling tool. We start our sessions on every hour and 30 minutes past the hour. Because we run an average of 16 to 19 sessions per day during the week,  we are able to meet the needs of all our clients. Only current active clients have access to our online scheduling system.

In addition to our training sessions, we offer some classes which are open to clients and non-clients alike.  These classes include Sunday morning Boot Camp along with several other classes.  All clients (and non-clients) must pre-register for these classes.  If you are interested in trying these out, please click here.
