Let’s be honest, it took you a while to put the weight on and it will take you some time to take it off. Even if you are not looking for any weight loss and just want to “tone up,” you should expect that it will still take a minimum of 6 weeks to build up your strength, endurance and start seeing some muscle definition.
Science shows that it takes on average about 60 to 90 days to re-ignite your metabolism and to start seeing some measurable changes in your appearance, as measured by inches and weight loss. For these reasons we recommend our clients to have a minimal time horizon of at least 3 months.
We offer a number of training packages ranging from 1x to 4x times a week, with 3 to 6 months duration, with and without nutritional support options. All package prices are based on an hourly cost ranging between $19 to $29 per session, depending on the package.
We are happy to make a package specific recommendations upon the completion of your Complimentary session. Our recommendations are based on the personal trainer’s assessment of your bio-mechanics and evaluation of your body composition analysis while taking into consideration your personal goals.
In addition to our training sessions, we offer some small group classes at a cost of $16 per class or a bundle pack of 6 classes for $89. These classes are offered to studio members and non-members. See Schedule section for additional information on how to enroll.
